  • Do we deliver?

    We provide delivery via Doordash & GrubHub . For large Private Event orders we can arrange delivery depending on your location and order. 

  • Are you on any delivery apps?

    Yes, we can be found on DoorDash and Grubhub. Please select any of the "Order Now" buttons on our site to be redirected to Grubhub.

  • Can I pre-order and pick up at a later time?

    You can preorder and pay in full. Preorders must be made 24 hours prior.

  • Can I place a large order of pizzas?

    For 5 pies or less you can order directly in-store or online. Full payment must be made before order is processed for both pre-orders and same day orders. 

  • Where can I find you?

    We currently have one locations in Boston: 

    Dorchester: 996 Dorchester Ave, Boston, MA 02125

  • Do you have long lines? How long is the wait?

    Our take-out time varies from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the order. All pizzas are made fresh to order and can take from 25 to 45 minutes.

  • Do you cater?

    Please refer to our Private Event list tab. 

  • Do you serve Halal?

    Unfortunately at this time we do not serve halal. We hope to offer this option in the near future.

  • Do you serve kosher?

    Unfortunately at this time we do not serve Kosher. We hope to offer this option in the near future.

  • Do you serve anything other than burgers?

    We serve many items besides burger such as wings, fries, chicken sandwich and different desert options.

  • Do you ship food?

    We are always innovating and creating new products for The Munchie Station. We hope to provide shipping in the future. 

  • Do we sell wings/salads?

    We do offer wings or salad. 

  • Are you franchising?

    Currently we are not looking to franchise The Munchie Station. If we ever decide on bringing on investors we will make an announcement.

  • When was the munchie station established?

    The Munchie Station was established in 2024. 

  • Where can I file a complaint?

  • I just left the shop and they forgot something I ordered, what should I do?

    Please send a full picture of your receipt and a brief summary of items missing and we will do our best to assist you.

  • I'm an influencer, will you pay me to promo?

    We appreciate all the love and support. We support every influencer that uses their platform to promote positivity. We unfortunately do not pay for promo and have never paid for any promotion.
